Please Note: Orders placed by 1.30pm on a working day will normally be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders received after 1.30pm, at weekends or on a UK bank holiday will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

*Next working day delivery is the estimated delivery service provided by DX and is not guaranteed. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, there may be occasional circumstances where same-day dispatch is not possible. Delivery times may also be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Delivery

We have temporarily paused international shipping due to recent increases in duties and delivery costs. If you’re located outside of UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch with our customer service team — we’d be happy to look into a personalised shipping quote for you.

Please note, some EU and Rest of World orders may incur local Import Duty and taxes, which you may be asked to pay on delivery of your order. We cannot be held responsible for these charges.
